This week for Photo of the Week, we
would like to feature an amazing shot of the Milky Way. Taken last
August by Laura Ni Suibhne, this photo of the Milky Way is intersected
by countless meteors from the Perseid Meteor Shower. At it's peak in
mid-August, over 60 meteors can be seen racing through the sky every
hour.
For more fantastic photos, be sure to check out Suibhne's Instagram @larastro at https://www.instagram.com/larastro/
